10 Best Tech Companies To Work For In 2015

Glassdoor's list of 'best companies to work for in 2015' is out. Like every year, this year's list too has its fair share of technology companies. The survey is based on reviews provided by employees on various parameters, such as overall satisfaction, career opportunities, compensation and work-life balance.

The final ranking is based on Glassdoor's proprietary algorithm.

1. Google

Google tops Glassdoor's list of 'best companies to work for' in 2015. The search giant gets a score of 4.5 out of 5. The company ranked at No. 8 in last year's list.

2. F5 Networks

F5 Networks, a provider of application delivery networking technology, is the second technology company on the 2015 list of 'best companies to work for', with a score of 4.3 out of 5. The company, ranked at No. 4 in the overall ranking, was not in the list last year.

3. Facebook

Next tech brand in the overall list for 'best companies to work for' in 2015 is Facebook at No. 13. The company has scored 4.1 out of 5. However, the social networking giant has gone down the ladder by a few notches as it was ranked at No. 5 in last year's survey.

4. Qualcomm

The fourth technology company in Glassdoor's 'best companies to work for' in 2015 list is Qualcomm. The company is ranked at No. 14 with a score of 4.1 out of 5. Qualcomm, too, lost its ranking by one position this year. The company was ranked at No. 13 in 2014's list.

5. Adobe

Design software giant Adobe is the next technology company on the list. Glassdoor's 'best companies to work for' in 2015 survey ranks it at No. 18. The company gets an average rating of 4.1 out of 5. Missing from last year's list, Adobe too is a new entrant this year.

6. Mathswork

Technical software maker Mathswork ranks at No. 19 in Glassdoor's 'best companies to work for' in 2015 list. The company's average rating is 4.1. Mathswork has improved its ranking this year, it was ranked at No. 22 in 2014.

7. Apple

Technology giant Apple is next in Glassdoor's 'best companies to work for' in 2015 list. Ranked at No. 22 in the overall list, Apple has received an average score of 4.0 out of 5. Ranked at No. 35 last year, Apple has seen a big jump in its rankings this year.

8. LinkedIn

Professional networking giant LinkedIn is ranked at No. 23 in Glassdoor's 'best companies to work for' in 2015 list. The company has an average rating of 4.0 out of 5. However, LinkedIn has seen a big fall in its ranking from last year, when it was ranked at No. 3.

9. Zillow

Glassdoor's 'best companies to work for' in 2015 survey ranks online real estate giant Zillow at No. 33. The company has received average rating of 3.9 out of 5. Zillow, too, is a new entrant in the list.

10. Nvidia

Another new entrant in 2015 edition of Glassdoor's 'best companies to work for' is Nvidia. The tenth technology company in the list is ranked at No. 36 in the overall list with an average score of 3.9 out of 5.
